Klet Bistrica cultivates 54 hectares of vineyards on three exceptional wine-growing regions.

Krcevina
First group of vineyards lies on the north-west edge of the city Maribor. The region is called Krcevina. For centuries people have been growing superb Muscat Blanc, Sauvignon and White Riesling on Krcevina.

Hrenca
The second group of vineyards lies on the north-east edge of Maribor. The region is called Hrenca. These vineyards are planted with Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Yellow Muscatel, Welshriesling and Rhine Riesling.

Studenice
The third group of vineyards lies in the valley of the river Dravinja in Studenice near Poljčane. Here we grow Chardonnay and our famous Welshriesling.

Since our vineyards are not enough for the amount of wine we produce we also buy grapes from local winegrowers.
